The Anglers Choice has been formed as a result of a life long passion for angling.  Since the age of 5, I have been a very keen fisherman.  For the last 30 years I have been chasing carp weekly, often catching my targets in quite short timeframes too. 

 

I have a passion for quality not just in fishing, in life, in business & also a passion for honesty!!!

This company has been formed as a result of me having enough of all the false promises, the plugs to stick fatty products all over bait and the endless drivel that goes on about rigs, guess what you do not need 24 components on your line to catch a fish and you don't need any liquid that floats off to the other end of the lake!!!

 

Brief History

Over the years I have tried and tested many things, fishing some of the UKs most prolific venues, from Colnebrook West, Orlitts, & Chertsey down in Surrey through to the clay pits of Bedfordshire, Elstow, Millbrook, Chimneys etc...   My current UK PB is the Chertsey Mirror, at 52.12lbs and an accomplishment that took me 3 years of hard work and focus!

TAC Plans

I aim to help the community, grow awareness around fishing & mental health, help anglers on their quest to catching fish consistently, using bait correctly and also taking all the fuss out of rigs - my philosophy for catching fish comes around 4 corners, Bait, Location, Presentation & Timing - I will be expanding on that for the members to learn over the coming months.  We will be publishing a FREE monthly magazine that has NO PLUG articles!!!!

 

Veteran Fund Product Launch

For now though I am focused on the Veteran Fund that has been setup to get more Veterans out on the bank and also to give them the chance to go on amazing fishing trips for FREE!!! New Products are coming to support this, starting with a lovely old school Strawberries & Cream Milk Based winter boilie!!! This boilie is being made by Innovate Baits with a proven recipe and steamed to perfection!!! full of goodness to put carp on the bank 12 months of the year, we also have a supporting range of pellet and hook baits for the VF Specials.  We are working on some bespoke custom Rig boards & bobbins that would look great in anyones tackle and also some exclusive Veteran giveaways!!! - 50% of our profits for this range are going to our Veteran Fund!!!
