We currently ship only to mainland UK addresses. We do not offer shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations at this time.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via trusted UK carriers using automated fulfillment platforms including Shiptheory and PrintNode.

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • We offer standard and express delivery where available.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Mainland UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or seasonal demand.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly advertised on our website and social media channels.

6. Tracking & Fulfillment

  • All orders include tracking where available.

  • Our fulfillment workflow is powered by Wix, Shiptheory, and PrintNode, ensuring efficient label generation and invoice printing.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
