We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
